This is a shameless self plug, but you have to go out and get my book, as it answers pretty much all of your questions.

The best piece of memorabilia we've gotten our hands on was the home plate from Yankee Stadium when the Sox beat them in ALCS in 2004. It was signed by the whole team, and it was a monumental part of baseball history, as crushing as it was to my Yankees fandom.

The other thing was Don Larsen's perfect game jersey that we sold last year in our December auction. Probably one of the greatest games ever pitched. Obviously, we've had tons of cool stuff pass through our offices though.
