At first I was skeptical about ordering online and something I had never tried before, but after reading reviews and for the price of $268 for a 10-inch Queen (it's less expensive now) I felt like it was worth taking a chance. I must say after having it for about a year I love it and it's super comfy. My old roommate just moved to NYC and bought the exact same one for her place too and also loves it. It had free shipping and comes vacuum sealed in a box. You just open it up and let it expand and you're good to go. I have it being used on an Ikea Malm frame. Hope this helps!
