I got these Under Armour ones and they're cozy & not too restrictive. I LOVE them. (I got a large. I'm normally an XL in pants but according to the size chart, it said I should go for the L so the compression would work. They do not feel too tight or anything). Later I got some crazy ones for my birthday -They ARE super constrictive but I like them too..though I did manage to almost hurt myself putting them on LOL. I wear them under sweatpants when it's cold and thin track style pants or shorts when it is warm out. I know some people just run around in their tights but I'm not comfortable doing that yet :) Also, maybe TMI but a helpful hint - I think most people (including myself) don't wear anything under the tights as that would be just an unnecessary extra layer that would be uncomfortable lol

If you want quick access and lightness and you are only carrying a phone and a small camera do you really need a bag? Put the camera on a wrist strap (or neck strap or shoulder strap or belt clip or....) and your phone in your pocket.

The downside to leggings is if you're losing weight, you'll have to replace them with a smaller size when they start falling down, or when they get old and lose their stretch. And it's kinda annoying to have to hike up your pants every few minutes when you're moving. I'm currently replacing my leggings with drawstring-waist pants like this.
Another functional issue to keep in mind is that you might want to wear a shirt tight enough to not ride up when you bend at the waist, if you are doing any yoga or body-weight exercises.
