Finally, is there another place I can buy them besides Amazon? Amazon Prime has failed me here :( Preferably free returns. It seems that Zappos only carries the children's sizes. Look into buying dancing shoes! They will be available in size 4.5 at least, and even the girl sizes shouldn't look too childish/girlie.
