I've been using naked mass and really a big fan of it. It's pretty much the closest you can get to a healthy mass gainer, only has 3 ingredients. I can't get used to flavored shakes so I get the unflavored one. Then I typically add a spoon of peanut butter and a frozen banana with milk for the extra calories, (plus it tastes super good).

What kind of gainer are you using?

I use this. I take 3.5 scoops mix it with water (very little water... maybe 1 - 1.2 cups) and it's delicious and goes down so easy. It feels like i've done nothing more than have a glass of water.

Looks good. The only thing is they charge $22 extra for Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor which is what I would choose. Then I found this deal!

Agree with everyone that using real food to make a gainer shake is the best way to go. However, if you're extremely pressed for time (and to actually answer your question), this one is OK. Its carb content has more than just maltodextrin which is what most gainer shakes use. It blends Sweet Potato, Chia seed, Quinoa & Rolled Oats. Fat content comes from Coconut Oil and Flax Seed. It doesn't have an obscene amount of sugar (8g). It's not cheap but that is sometimes the cost of convenience.

Honestly the first 20 pounds just happened by themselves in the first four months. After that though, I had to exercise a ton (doing six days a week) and take a mass gainer. I’ve found this one works really well for me if I do half a serving in the morning and half at night.

My father gave me this stuff called Scandishake which he, as a doctor, prescribes to patients with anorexia, or on medications which makes it hard for them to eat. They are incredibly calorie rich... I want to say around 600 calories... and they went down so easy I remember eating 2-3 at a time. They aren't your typical whey based protein shake which taste like shit. After a summer I had put on 20 pounds... to be honest though it wasn't very good weight, because I wasn't growing in muscle mass very quickly. After that I switched to whey proteins... which are 1000 times more healthy.

I googled Scandishake, and I guess they are still around... read the customer reviews for this.

I really do just try to fill my macros. However, I eat a lot of chicken, tons of greek yogurt, cottage cheese, ribeye every so often and salmon a couple times a week. I have one shake a day that is one scoop of True Mass (which is half a serving) and one scoop of protein powder. I eat also eat a lot of rice and fruit.

That's fair, but the FDA regulations do not extend to trademark; if they did, Muscle Juice would be in violation. My point is, Fox News is a trademarked entity (they sell shirts/hats/etc with the logo) and would not be within the jurisdiction of any new law defining "news".

How do you personally keep track of calories of the food

Should I just underestimate?

But my diet, when I'm trying to gain weight normally is (when I get lazy, I don't drink the mass gainer:

Breakfast: 2 eggs worth of scrambled eggs, 6 slices of whole wheat bread w/ Nutella (I know that's a lot of Nutella), and 1k calorie mass gainer, this one to he exact.

Should I stop using mass gainers in general? Ik they're not the best, but they are convenient. But I am willing to use your recipe as a substitute.

And my problem lies in the rest of my meals. Sometime I only eat 1 meal after breakfast.
