2 important things to consider with tile that will make your life quite a bit easier:

• Do NOT use white or light grout. Go with a darker color, I think it looks nicer (even on white subway tile) and when you clean the junk off the tile it doesn't stain the grout.
  
  
• Use a steamer like this one, the one I own. It comes with a wide squeegee attachment that makes tile cleaning super-easy. It also will clean literally anything, I'm yet to find something it couldn't bring up..and it does it without smelly ass chemicals.
  
  
• The best offense is a good defense. Clean it once a week instead of letting crap build up, it's much easier that way.
  
  
• Make sure you use a good sealer on the grout. The more VOC and EPA warnings the better, seriously. If you can put it on without needing to open a window or feeling dizzy, it's not strong enough.

Get some Clorox Foaming Bleach (you can get it at Walmart or similar) and some magic erasers.

The floor looks lightly textured so you would need to be careful but you can also try some of these.

This looks like serratia_marcescens which is common bathrooms and other wet environments. It is pretty resilient and you will need to keep cleaning the area pretty regularly to kill it off. The best think would probably be to get a steam cleaner if you really need to get this off. This unit is really good.

The Little Green Machine is honestly just a pain in the ass. It doesn't work that well, tends to gunk up and clog with any decent usage, and doesn't have the power to extract all that moisture. It CAN work on full interiors, but I gave up on that a while ago. It's just not big enough or powerful enough, and the heat option barely warms the water. Fabric and carpets will get quite wet and you'll need to air them out with a box fan or two overnight.

It just took a LONG time and a LOT of effort.

A professional extractor is the way to go here, but they're really expensive, so not an option unless you're doing a lot of cars.

Several years ago I had a bed bug problem. Not nearly as bad as some others I've seen, but a regular problem. I got rid of it myself with about six months of work.

Because bed bugs are attracted to your breath while you sleep, most of your work will be in and around your bed.

First you have to wash your sheets every week. Strip the bed and put the sheets in a plastic garbage bag to prevent spreading the bugs or eggs around your house or apartment, then throw the bags away once you get the sheets in the wash.

While the bed is stripped, inspect the box spring and bed frame for bugs and eggs. I used strips of scotch tape to gently lift any bugs I found without crushing them and spilling their blood all over my walls.

Twice a week, move the bed out from wherever it sits and clean the area under it. If it's carpeted, use a handheld steam cleaner to slowly blast steam all over the carpet to kill any eggs that may be buried there, then vacuum the entire area. Then spray the carpet with a bed bug spray.

Examine the ceiling, walls, and baseboards around the bed. Bed bugs love to hide in any little crack in your paint, or dent in your wall, or crevice between your baseboard and the dry wall. Again, use the scotch tape to lift any visible bugs off and throw them away. Run a vacuum cleaner hose attachment over the baseboards and the point at which two walls meet, or the wall and ceiling meet. Spray the bed bug spray on these areas.

Carefully examine any electrical outlets near your bed. This is where I found quite a few bugs hiding. Unscrew the outlet cover and look on the back side of it for any bugs there, and look in the outlet wall cavity for bugs. Don't stick metal back there or try to spray liquid. Instead, I used a powder twice a week.

Buy a bed bug mattress cover and one for your box spring if you have one.

While you're doing all this it's important to not change where you sleep, even though you may be getting devoured at night by bed bugs. They're attracted to your breath so if you try sleeping in another area of your home they may just follow you there and infest other furniture.

These are the steps that worked for me. Again, I did them once or twice a week for a solid six months. I never called an exterminator. My landlord tried to use some "bug bombs" from Home Depot but I found they did not work.

Fuck just a mop. I bought THIS THING and it's amazing. It has a mop attachment, but it also as a nozzle that will blast insanely hot steam into every crevice, corner and cranny you can find. I turned my bathroom grout from brown to white, blasted soap scum off of my shower stall that even bleach wouldn't kill, and I STEAM CLEANED MY FUCKING ENGINE BAY WEARING NOTHING BUT A SPEEDO. It has a wallpaper removing attachment, glass squeegee attachment, and two extension posts to make it as long or as short as you want. It also has a 48 ounce tank that lasts for about an hour straight.

It's also like $80. So you could buy three of them.

I have this steamer, it worked great for removing several rooms of wallpaper before we moved into our house. It even comes with an attachment just for wallpaper removal.

After those two steps I let it dry up over night, and sanded down the walls. I tried just sanding without removing adhesive, but it seemed to gum up the sandpaper pretty quick. Good luck!

I want to clean the seats on two civics and I have used an upholstery cleaner in an aerosol can with the brush attached before but it is very tedious. I gotta tell you my super-effective tile and tub-cleaning technique. This is from trial and error, cleaning an apartment complex that is owned by a family member.

• Scrub tile faces and tub with Magic Eraser, this works incredibly well
  
• Use a steam cleaner on the grout lines, alternating steam and scrubbing with a brush
  
• After steaming, spray all tiles and grout lines (liberally) with a household cleaner that contains bleach
  
• Let the bleach cleaner set into the tiles for an hour, then re-spray.
  
  The magic eraser cleans the tile faces immediately. After steam-scrubbing the grout and a few applications of bleach, the grout is good as new. And remember to not mix cleaning agents, especially those with bleach or ammonia.

Dupray normally makes commercial grade stuff, but came out with this last year.
