I'm going back to the online retailer thing. You say you are in the states for a few weeks -- this seems like it could be plenty of time if you have somewhere to ship something. I'm thinking Amazon (which sells directly or is shipped by herroom.com or breakoutbras.com, both US retailers who ship quickly) or Breakoutbras.com directly, which offers 1-3 day shipping for $5.50. If you order now with expedited shipping, it'll ship tomorrow and arrive by the beginning of next week at the latest. I understand the qualms about online ordering, but desperate times, ya know? Ordering from US based places will drastically reduce shipping time, and you can also consider the possibility of reselling on /r/braswap, bratabase, or the facebook group for bra swapping as an alternative to return shipping if you find something affordable.

Also, forget about getting bottoms now or getting the matching ones all together. You can get bottoms anywhere, or if you really want the matching ones, you can get them on ebay when you get home (since you don't actually need the bikini itself for a few months). If you get any sort of top with black, plain black bottoms will work fine. This won't reduce the cost tremendously, but I am seeing 28HH-28J tops on Amazon for $45ish USD like this one or this one. If you are looking for a bikini top and not tankini, I see this or this for $60 USD. Going up a sister size gives a lot of options, and some of the bikinis are either tie-backs anyway and some bikinis can be rather firm (I have a 30FF in freya that is fine on my 26" ribcage). If you find anything fulfilled by amazon and know someone with an amazon prime account (even if they live no where near where you need it shipped), you can get free 2 day shipping.

If you want something basic, I really recommend freya pier. I have it in apple green, and it's very comfortable and lovely. I am clearly not familiar with your general bra needs like breast shape, but it's pretty narrow with a good amount of projection, and the ruffles are cute but not too in-your-face with all the boob. I wear a 30 band in it and it's fine for me, so a 30H may work for you. You also could very easily just make it into a tie back if necessary. The version I linked is the sweetheart neckline with two straps rather than a halter strap. This should be good as to not put strain on your neck, too!

Unfortunately, I have no recommendation for actual stores for you. I really hope someone does! It's rather tricky when you're past the GG+ barrier, I think, because even specialty stores don't always stock your size. I hope you find something you like, though!

Edit: Also, you may want to check out an old navy if you have the chance. They don't have bra sized swimwear, but I have seen a few posts here with ladies in your relative size range (small bands and GG+ cups) who have had success with their tie back underwire XL size swim tops. It is definitely an iffy thing, but you have the opportunity to try it on first. I think this option will totally depend on your shape and the width of the wires (and availability of the swimsuit in question!).

I'm 5'1" and curvy. I absolutely get this and at your age felt the exact same. But the gift of age has given me some wisdom: we can't change our bodies, but we can change our thoughts about them. You're fun size, so have fun with it! You may not see see it, but you're probably adorable. And trust me, People care way less about our bodies than we do, so if we can tackle the brain weasels that try to convince us otherwise, it's a step in the right direction.
That said, I know that's easier said than done. So, first, find a bathing suit you like. Even if you don't love your shape, make sure you love the look of the bathing suit. It helps immenseky, I prefer retro looks because they cover my tummy, but aren't fuddy-duddy. Like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q1EG2LA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_.kU7Bb3WF73X1
But they have adorable 2-piece retro suits you may like better.
Also, wear a split sarong if you're uncomfortable with your bottom half. I was a huge fan of those. Alternatively a short cover up sundress or a cute pair of cutoffs for photo ops. at least keep them handy in a bag so you can quickly access them.
Outside of that, embrace your petite frame. Remember, FUN SIZE IS FUN! 😉

TL;DR Anything but dresses.

I have had great success with...

-Lolita Charm socks: BUY THOSE for real they are amazing.

-Hugme Skirts: Get one size up from what you think you need. DON'T buy the suspender skirts they are cute but too short! They say you can message them and tell them a custom length but I have not tried that.

-M4U Skirt: I love my Ice Cream print skirt I got from them, it is long enough and the bow detaches. The fabric is kinda odd, not shiny but it almost feels water proof/smooth like a synthetic fabric.

-These tights in the pastel pack! Get those when they come back into stock they are very comfortable and fit well.

-Purses: I got a great one from the U Like store but I also had one purse never show up from them due to customs. They gave me a refund.

-Shirts: This one Is really meh, I would avoid it unless you can sew details on the cuff sleeves. This one I like but I bought for my size and its too big so maybe order one size down.

You sound kind of the same as me - I have even fullness (or oh so slightly FOB) am 5'3" and very short waisted with long legs. I have lived in Cleo Marcie 32F since it came out a few years ago. I have tried Freya swimsuits over the years because I love the style, but they are never quite right.

Another bra I love is the Freya Rio in 32E, Wacoal Embrace Lace in 32DDD (very forward / almost 1950s shape) and I have sometimes done well with Evollove styles in 32F (part of Bendon group). I used to wear the Pour Moi? St. Tropez styles, but in 32E rather than 32F.

For swimwear, I have and love Panache Cleo Tilly Balconnet. It fits just like the Marcie and stays in place well. I have the bottoms in size 10 and they just fit, maybe almost big if I'm in diving/jumping mood. I wear 27 - 28 in jeans. The unlined Cleo swimwear styles should fit just like their bras in the same sizes. Also the Panache styles, but they will have more coverage.

For swimwear that doesn't look like a bra, I live in Vix Bia styles. It's a crazy expensive Brazilian brand, so you have to find it on some flash sale site, but their D and DD sizes really hold me in a way that is much more comfortable for swimming and active beach things. The larger sizes have a sort of double string around the underbust, which magically (no idea how) gives enough support. The suits last for years and don't look like a bra on the beach, a pet peeve of mine. Nor does my neck hurt from the halter after a few hours, like it does on all halter swimwear, regardless of size.

If you want a one piece, avoid Bravissimo swimwear. They are nice, but the one I got a few years ago was crazy long-waisted. Talking full-on saggy butt syndrome.

I also have this style in 32E from Pour Moi last season, but the cups are on the shallow side. That said it is very short waisted and almost small in the hips/butt area, which is impressive on my frame.

Also hi, I'm new here and this subreddit is quite the goldmine. I made a new anonymous account to post and get help. Thank you already!!!"

The list I've tried. My availability is limited at the moment to what Amazon carries since I'm still figuring out what works and I'm relying on free returns.

Freya Love Note Longline

  • Tried in 36G when I was dialing in the fit. I love longline bras, this is not a real longline in my opinion, it's basically just a regular bra with a wide strip of lace at the bottom. It was also too small in the cups.

    Freya Fancies Lace Balcony
  • Tried in 36GG. Cups were sufficient, band was quite snug. That's usually fine because they relax a LOT in my experience, but I returned this due to pointiness even though it's gorgeous and fit decently.

    Curvy Kate Smoothie Balconette
  • Tried in 38G. Decided to try a molded cup as it might work better with a properly fitting bra (it didn't). I'm about a half cup larger on the left, and a molded cup doesn't have the forgiveness to accommodate my varying sizes. It was a tad too small on the left and too big on the right.

    Freya Summer Haze Plunging Balcony
  • Tried in 38G. Lovely, and fit well, but SO POINTY. Returned.

    Curvy Kate Princess Balcony Bra
  • Bought in 38 G. Fits well, straps slip a lot. I'm planning on altering the bra so that the straps are set closer to the middle in the back, when I have a moment. That should help some and also take off some band length for when it's stretched out and the smallest hook isn't small enough. (Always happens to me in a couple of months.)

Curvy Kate Sheer Class Balcony Bikini
  • Okay, I bought this in 38G not realizing it was a bikini top, but it's so darn comfortable and the straps don't slip as much, I'm guessing because of the fabric. Still some slippage, but not rampant constant slippage. Also I love the clasp on the back. I'm giving serious thought to just keeping it as a bra. I mean, what's the difference between a bikini top and bra anyway? It's built exactly the same, just slightly different fabric.

I bought this one from Amazon a while ago. Although I haven't had the chance to actually wear it, I love it! The print is really nice and the fabric is seems great as well. Sizing can be a hassle though, I originally ordered a medium but returned it for a large. Medium fit perfectly except on my butt, the Large fits much better around my butt but isn't as fitting up top as I'd like.
I also spent hours deliberating what suit to buy on Amazon. There seem to be a lot of great options that I also want to buy. My suggestion is to only buy suits that have free returns and lots of reviews! Here are some of the other suits I've been eyeing. They're all one pieces.
1 2 3 4
Aerie is also a great place for suits! I've never bought one but I have tried them on and they're cute. Their high cut swim suits don't have padding so your nipples will show which I'm not crazy about.

I just got this from Amazon and it’s really cute, looks like a popular Anthropologie style and it really good quality! I also ordered this KINNI dupe from
AE, have’t received it yet so can’t speak to quality, or whether is looks like the pictures!! AE is always risky 😂

Three months out, so I'm following. I didn't have any stretch marks with my singleton, but twins made my skin look like shattered glass. But I'm hopeful! And my favorite pre-maternity swimsuit was a vintage inspired one with a high waist and I'm looking forward to wearing it again.

u/kulii · 1 pointr/findfashion

So I'm on mobile so bear with me on the links. But I've had great luck with Amazon swimsuits they run small because they're all from China. I normally wear a small top and medium bottom and I always go for a medium or large suit according to the reviews.

I found a few suits that might fit your criteria

I just bought my first one piece off Amazon (I had a kid and I wanted something to be comfortable and feel sexy in) and the reason I bought it was because the customer review photos had EVERY shape of Woman in it and I was like "fucking SLAY IT LADIES I WANT IN ON ALL THIS"

the bikini in question

u/Rosydoodles · 1 pointr/femalefashionadvice

I've seen this recommended by other Redditors - it looks lovely and seems to fit the bill :)

u/to0pink · 2 pointsr/BabyBumps

I got this one from Amazon. I am 26 weeks and large fits my belly and boobs. Also feels like there's room to grow without feeling too loose. It's a little loose around the legs, but it's cute. I think anything similar in style would fit a growing belly without costing an arm and a leg.

u/opinionswerekittens · 15 pointsr/UnresolvedMysteries

I went on vacation recently and the person I went with gave me a bathing suit she bought on Amazon that didn't fit her because boobs. I want a million more in different patterns. There's nothing quite like finding the perfect one. I brought two others with me, and practically lived in the one she gave me for the 2 weeks we were there.

(That last part sounded gross so I'm ETA that we had washing machines lmao.)

Actually, gonna ETA to the suit in question that I love because it's flattering as fuck on all body types and I just found it. She got the Carnival one. I WANT THEM ALL.

...I may have had too much wine and just excited.

u/Tkr17 · 2 pointsr/beyondthebump

I ordered this suit first in red and black. I liked it so much I bought this pink and navy one as well. Very flattering!

u/CuriousDiscoveries · 1 pointr/femalefashionadvice

Same question! A halter type suit, like this one or this one might be fine, but if OP needs shoulders covered, then a rash guard is probably the best option.

u/hokoonchi · 1 pointr/BabyBumps

Ohhhh I think I got the same one! Is it this one?

I'm a 10 non-pregnant, a 12 at 13 weeks, and the XXL fits awesome.

u/Avamouse · 2 pointsr/FrugalFemaleFashion

HEY! ME TOO!

I bought this this year and love it!

https://www.amazon.com/CHERRY-CAT-Vintage-Waisted-Swimsuit/dp/B01IFH68T6

And I bought a huge floppy black hat so I can pretend that I am a character in mad men.

The top is modern and looks like all the bikini styles (plus has a wide band and support for my boobs that are damn out of control now), but the bottom comes up a little over my belly button. It has some kind of folding in the fabric on the bottom that really makes me look thin and hides all the junk so I can keep the illusion that I'm totally still smoking hot.

Order a size up though or it'll pinch at the top of the bottoms and give you that "busted can of biscuits" look if you know what I mean.

I have several cosplay friends, I would suggest either flesh tone leotards as /u/Viatrix suggested or latex skin over a bra... which will be expensive... or use a bathing suit as a base (horrific support).

I actually am commenting to dump this wikipedia link

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bra_size#Calculating_cup_volume_and_breast_weight

Consider that you are dealing with a minimum of 1 liter of weight, and more realistically 2 liters of flesh there... It will hurt to make a plater/fiberglass support that is just glued/taped on.

or you could also go with this style thing. :) https://www.amazon.com/RAISEVERN-Printed-Swimsuit-Swimwear-Monokini/dp/B0788N4P4X?ref=ast_p_ep&th=1

u/ticklesmyfancy · 2 pointsr/BobsBurgers

I just made a simple dress for my costume out of a mustard-green colored fabric. I've seen others pull it off well enough by finding (or altering) oversized plain green shirts, or buying a green dress.

I would assume for plain shirts, you can find them at your local craft store, wal-mart, target, old navy, etc. Amazon would have it also. Actually, here's a link to a dress that I remember floating around back when I was googling hat tutorials.

u/romanticheart · 5 pointsr/progresspics
