Restaurants: FL has a lot of gluten free, and amazing seafood.

Grocery stores: If you can find it, Canyon Bakehouse breads are amazing. Also, anything NOT corn. I've found most countries abroad are mostly corn in their gluten free stuff. Here we have a lot more tapioca and rice. It provides a much lighter texture and flavor.

The first time I was introduced to CAH was when my roommates threw a Doctor Who 50th Anniversary party. We watched the 50th special (while everyone but me drank Doctor Who themed drinks), then I took a midterm for one of my online classes, then I joined them downstairs and my roommate convinced me to drink with them (this was my first time being drunk), and after a while she pulled out CAH. Tl;dr: Gainers normally have blends of protein and maltodextrin. Get yourself whey isolate cold filtered from truenutrition. Its cheap. Whey has superior amino acid profile compared to eggs or casein. Pop tarts have a ton of carbs. Get them cheap too from amazon.

I need breakfast stuff for the kids. I was just saying how much lunch was costing me because it has to have wheat, dairy, veggies, and a fruit if it comes from home. Meanwhile I have seen them give a half a hotdog roll as wheat. They are picky so it's hard to make one thing they both like and won't go bad before lunch. I have been trying to change my grocery budget and any of these items would help.

A shit load of pop-tarts.

They aren't exactly poptarts, but they are good enough. I saw a recipe for home made toaster pastries, but no way am I spending hours to make a shitty (because all my baking efforts are shitty) knock off.
