> Also if you like wet wipes but don’t like fucking up your sewage system. Dab some losh on those last wipes to get what’s left. Its like a more sophisticated Alabama wet wipe.

I started using this stuff since I found it in CVS one day, it turns regular TP into wet wipes. You need strong TP though.

Wet wipes will be history. Smart toilets and toilet paper gels like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/SATU-LABORATORY-Gel-Wipe-Environmentally/dp/B01N8VHHYB take over the market.

Yeah, homes not automatically coming with bidets anymore is just barbarism. If you get poo on any other part of your body you will break out soap, water, lysol, mild acids, whatever it takes to get it off, but the butt can be wiped dry apparently?

You see wet wipes designed for butt wiping more often nowadays, and I do tend to use those myself at least on the go. Just don't flush those, they have to be disposed off separately. The wet wipes obviously won't disintegrate properly in the sewer and they're a massive issues in cities all over the world (they clump together, soak up fat an create "fatbergs" in the sewers etc).

There are some foams/sprays you spray on the TP you can also use, for instance https://www.amazon.com/Aquinelle-Toilet-Tissue-Mist-Alternative/dp/B00WIYNJK4 - but in porta potties, you need to use the thin and flimsy paper that Thetford etc sells so it disintegrates inside the tank properly (otherwise emptying it may become a bit of a pain.) Not sure how that goes with this stuff.

Toilet tissue mist! But Since you’re hunting and probably very scent conscious, maybe just a pocket size mist bottle with water in it.

Found one here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Wet-Baby-Wipes/SATU-LABORATORY-Gel-Wipe-Environmentally/B01N8VHHYB
I'm in the UK but can imagine you can find something outside of the UK also. You can try google/Amazoning "toilet paper gel"

After watching on Shark Tank, I’m a Pristine Spray convert.

Unfortunately, those wipes don't breakdown and can cause a lot of damage to plumbing. I recommend trying this or this if a bidet isn't around.

Great alternative to wipes since they're a huge clogging risk. Believe me, I did not want to give up my wipes but I live in an apt and my lease specifically states not to use them and that any plumbing costs would be the responsibility of the tenant. I will say that this spray does just as good a job at freshening me up as the wipes so I highly recommend it.

Also the wipes can cause an allergic reaction and irritation due to the chemical methylisothiazolinone (MI) some companies use. I actually had this develop after using the wipes for a year or so at my old place. It's tricky though bc I, like a lot of people, kept using the wipes to try to relieve the irritation without realizing it was the wipes causing it.

What really ticks me off is MI is found in baby wipes! I found this out by searching for flushable wipes that did not contain MI and had to go to the baby section bc every "adult" wipe had it. I found one baby wipe that was flushable and did not contain MI and that was the Kandoo brand. But again, after moving I stopped using them altogether bc of the clogging risk. Buy the spray, you won't be disappoint!

ETA: Another article on irritation that mentions methylchloroisothiazolinone, this is the chemical I first read about when my irritation started.
