I got the same viewer, but there's no fix for it with custom codes. Spacers don't work either. The problem is that the lenses are terrible.

I ordered replacement lenses for it, and they're a vast improvement. I wound up ordering two sets. Both are about equally good; one is much cheaper, but takes much longer to ship.

Oops! The cheaper one no longer seems to be available. It was made by "TOOPOOT," and was a 37mm x 45mm lens. TOOPOOT now seems to make their own Cardboard viewers, so maybe they've decided that's a better solution.

More expensive, but available with Prime shipping: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B012HYF4A2/

These are specifically suited to the Minkanak, as it's got larger-diameter lenses than other Cardboard v2 viewers.

I've since upgraded to a BoboVR Z4, though, which I find much better in most respects. The lenses are quite good out of the box, and the IPD and focal adjustments are a great addition--I can use it without my glasses, and I'm quite nearsighted (-7 in one eye, -5.5 in the other).

For what it's worth, this is the best profile I was able to generate for the original lenses before giving up. It's got major and irreducible bulging.

Hope this helps.

Edited: Can't get the "data" protocol to show up as a link.

Edited again: Tested the "cheaper" link and it's dead. I guess TOOPOOT doesn't sell them directly anymore.

I can not vouch for it as I have never used it. There are a LOT of good workout games in VR though. Some boxing games, some games like the one in this post, some climbing games, etc...

u/nae3d2000 · 2 pointsr/Vive

OMG this game and this bike would make an awesome combo.

u/LemonLimeAlltheTime · 3 pointsr/PSVR

This game was meant to be played with the VirZOOM Virtual Reality Exercise Bike, but the Demo iscompatible with DUALSHOCK®4 controller.

Sounds like they didn't fix the bug but it somehow got past Sony QA, or Sony just waived it.

u/The_OutPost · 0 pointsr/virtualreality

Even then, you still have to show one arrives at 600g for the complete headset.

The lenses? LOL! 9 grams, Baby! (Source.)

So now we're at 308g. 162g LIGHTER than the Vive headset without cables attached!

XD !!

I really wanted to exercise with Vrzoom, but the special bike is $400 https://www.amazon.com/VirZOOM-Virtual-Reality-Exercise-Games/dp/B01HL84HN4

u/moogle_kupo · 6 pointsr/PSVR

It's VERY expensive but VirZoom is for sure a work out game if you get the Bike that comes with it.

https://www.amazon.com/VirZOOM-Virtual-Reality-Exercise-Games/dp/B01HL84HN4

I can tell you that you quickly lose track of time and get a work out in before you know it. If you decide to do any activity in the headset that will cause you to sweat, I Highly suggest you get some kind of work out head band to limit the buildup of crud on your head set. Something simple like this does the trick for me,

And you can get $40 off this weird bike with code PSWELCOME40.

u/icurafu · 1 pointr/PSVR

Link it without the referral code and it will get approved.

fyi, tag= in an amazon link means it is a refferal, which are banned on reddit and will tag your account as a spam account if you use them too often.
