Its name is: 爽涼くまさんクールクッション Soryo (cool and refreshing) Kuma-San (bear) cool cushion. I'm not sure if Soryo is the brand name or just a descriptor, but it seems redundant to call the item cool twice lol.
The section labeled メーカー on the Amazon link is the manufacturer I think, since that says "Maker", but I don't know what the kanji there says so hopefully someone far more proficient than I can give you the manufacturer!
Edit: I can only see the manufacturer field on my phone and not on desktop for some reason. It says 株式会社丸辰 which Google translate says is Marubo Corporation, but I don't know if that's the correct reading.
Edit 2: The light blue rounded font says ひんやりの接触涼感生地 which is "cool touch, cool feeling fabric".
