Those are the walnuts I bought.
I think they're a Chinese walnut, a much smaller variety than we're used to seeing in NZ.
Yeah peanut butter and EVOO isn't very good :) EVOO is mostly devoid of micronutrients. You could buy a thing of flax oil and take that, or just buy a big bag of walnuts and eat them. You can buy that online, but it's probably cheaper in a grocery store. My grocery store sells organic walnuts in bulk for about $3/lb.
