May Martins Sewing Bible This one is new out this year, but I have a copy and it's really good.

The Great British Sewing Bee

The Great British Sewing Bee: Sew Your Own Wardrobe

The Sewing Book Not sure but I think this is an updated version of the above book.

Sew: Step by Step

Dressmaking: Step by Step

I actually borrowed most of these from the library, but I did find them all incredibly helpful.

Happy birthday Marzipan!

It's tough to pick a favorite birthday but the first one that comes to mind is when I turned 6! I was obsessed with the little mermaid so my grandma decorated the whole house in little mermaid decorations and bought me a mermaid outfit to wear all day. I still remember everything lol! That was a LONG TIME AGO though :)

I bought this book recently and it has a lot of really cute things in it. It has knitting and crochet patterns, but many of the crochet ones look like they wouldn't be too hard to convert over.

I don't think so. Mine always get a bit ripply and I follow the pattern exactly too! The pattern is from this book and in the picture it also looks a bit rippled too :/
