I use a mesh stand like this this for my non-hook earrings although previously, I've used a ring tray like this

I have a pair of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NOCQW3U/

Since they are a size of a large smartphone, it's easy to pick them up and control where the stud lock goes. Very cheap too!

This bust so I can take pics of my work for Etsy! :) I have no idea what your range is. >_< So if you want to be a bit lower, I have this dvd in fitness list. :)Thanks for the contest!

Mine is a 4 watch model with the switches at the back. I use the "random" mode that does 10 min clockwise, 10 min off, 10 min counterclockwise, 10 min off again.

I bought something similar to these and kind of just squeeze them in. They wear out after a few months so I just replace them with a fresh one when they become too soft to hold the watch in place. I also place my watches with the crowns facing out to minimize potential rubbing.

I have a piece of buckram that works similarly. It's mildly annoying, but it works mostly.

This one has holes with slots at the bottom, so you don't have to take the backs off the stud earrings--you just stick the earring through the hole and drop it into the slot.
