Not sure if this is exactly what you’re looking for, but I dye my eyebrows with this kit. One kit will last you about a year if you use it every 4-6 weeks. I’d rather use that than something you need to apply daily and keep repurchasing.
If you want to go really low waste, try henna.
This is the kit I use. I think the Just For Men beard kits are about half that on average, but I don’t know how much product is included in them. I tint my brows about every 4-6 weeks. They do sell the kits in other colors, so you might consider going with black as opposed to dark brown, but it’s up to you!
