For your pc? ask PCMR. Either way I wouldn't worry about it pretty much any SSD will be faster than a mechanical drive and the Samsung 840 pro's are quite well reviewed and a fairly good price.
Also the Samsung 840 pro 256gb is better and cheaper.

That disk would work. All 2.5" drives are standard but i would seriously recommend you look at an SSD. It makes the OS a lot more responsive and makes it feel like a whole new computer.
It should also be noted that the drive you have picked is a 5400rpm drive meaning it is even slower than a standard mechanical drive.
They are a lot more expensive mind.
This drive (which is the slowest of the ones i suggest) is £15 more than the one you suggested but 2x as big. If you don't need the space then you can get yours.
This one is 750GB (1.5x as big as yours) but is 7200rpm. Therefore it is faster and will make your computer more responsive. It is the same price as yours. (I would go for this one if you want to save money)
Here is an example of SSD performance vs a normal mechanical hard drive
This SSD is half the size of yours and ~£120 but will be a lot faster
This is one of the best hard drives available at the minute. It's half the size of yours and ~£165
From top to bottom, the hard drives will perform better. You can buy a smaller SSD if you want to save money, but i went with 250GB because i find that to be an acceptable amount to have as your sole hard drive. It's certainly doable with 128GB of storage space though.
Your question would probably do a bit better in /r/buildapc but here is ok.
It's the SSDs in a Mac that will make the most difference. If you get a laptop with the same specs as a Macbook, the game will run just as well, it's not the fact that it's a Mac that's making it quicker. It's just the fact that Macs come with an SSD as standard that most people aren't mentioning here.
Anything with a nice i5, an SSD (although you could just as easily buy one and slot it in) and probably 4GB RAM will do you fine. I have a desktop with a 3.2GHz i5, 128GB SSD (+ 1TB HDD), 8GB RAM and just an old GPU that I brought from a mate for £40. FM14 absolutely flies. I'd recommend a desktop if you can have one, but if not I don't know much about laptops, but I can try to find some examples if you like?
EDIT: Seems like there is a massive lack of sites on which you can compare laptops, but Laptops Direct seems to be about the best I found. If we take examples from there:

doesn't really say for how long.... just predictions if it will go to sale or rise up in price

I searched for every Amazon price and linked it.
If you are a fellow German, check out these sites besides Amazon.de: Alternate, Geizhals, Mindfactory, redcoon, Saturn, MediaMarkt, getgoods, Cyberport, notebooksbilliger, hardwareversand and caseking.
Allright, bought myself an 840 Pro now, thanks everyone for your help, I couldnt be happier with it!
Here is the SSD I'm using.
I'll try another port when I get home from work. It's strange because I recall only those two white ports being listed as 6gb/s but some folks were saying that the 3gb/s ports would give more speed.
