That one was recommended to me and would probably be a great option if you're wanting something that covers more area!
Try a grow light!! Here is some info on them. There are some cheap ones on Amazon. This is the style I prefer because it’s easy to clip anywhere and adjust as close to the plants as you want. Here and here are some articles on pet-safe succulents! Honestly with cats my biggest worry would be them knocking the pots off the windowsill because yknow. cats.
