I'm joking kind of, I always thought it was just the strains. But they all pretty much turn out like that for me. So my guess would be partly the strains and possibly the brand of light I use or the environmental's. Which is near the coast so it's often fairly humid and mild temperatures.

granted I actually think a very similar version GE bulb I used before worked slightly better, but I can't complain for the price.
