You really shouldn't ever stack things like that, or have a force pushing down on the ps4 from the top...any chance you could build a little table with legs that are wider than the ps4 for the monitor to sit on?
edit: I mean something like this but maybe you could save $50 and build yourself..or find for cheaper somewhere else.

It's kinda steep on price, but honestly it's the most solid piece of furniture I own, I don't think you could weigh it down if you tried. Solid piece of work from a great company.
