Apologies for the text wall!

Often times the white acrylic pearled stems are very difficult to get back to perfect when the airway has been poorly maintained (not sure on your color). Best approach I have found with these is to completely submerge it and soak the stem in a mixture of white distilled vinegar and baking soda. You want the solution to bubble and fizz during the majority of the soak (so use a good amount of baking soda in the bottom of your container and a lot of patience filling it). I will usually place the stem tennon side down. Make sure you have cleared the airway as much as you can. You will want to see bubbles coming out through the lip as it soaks. You can soak for 1hr to overnight (this soak won't hurt anything)

Follow up the soak with passes of a bristle nylon brush (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0115SLLLM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_aVXdzb72RVG6S) and hard bristle pipe cleaners if still being stubborn (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000W5R6UA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_DWXdzbXF8T8WV) Pass multiple soft pipe cleaners dipped in the flat sodium bicarbonate solution, followed by dry ones. Aaaand REPEAT as many time as needed haha. It usually works pretty well for me.

You can also use the flat sodium bicarbonate mixture to clean the outside of the bowl and inside the shank to remove some smell! Vinegar and water is often recommended for cleaning hard wood floors that have been freshly stained as it won't remove stain and sanitizes. The extra dissolved baking soda can help with smell as well :)

I use 99% isopropyl alcohol:
And epsom salt:

If you only smoke trees and not tobacco or any other additives these two things will make your glass look brand new in almost no time. I clean daily as well and to clean my whole rig only takes about 5 minutes since it's just a quick rinse with the isoproply and epsom salt, then a minute under some cool water until you cant smell the isoproply anymore. I also have this brush set dedicated for cleaning my glass:

I'm pretty OCD about keeping my glass clean, I don't like the tatse of resin at all. I have several pieces that are hard to clean, but salt and rubbing alcohol have always been more than enough. I also use this set of brushes that can be twisted and molded to get into hard to reach places. I rotate all my glass pieces so at least one is soaking in alcohol in a Ziploc baggie, one I'm using, and one is clean and ready to go. The trick is to let it soak which softens the resin, and then using salt wetted down with alcohol in the chambers that are hard to reach. I seal off any openings the salt can come out of with my fingers and hands and then shake for awhile until all the salt scrapes off the yuck. I think too much alcohol with the salt can make getting the gunk off harder, so just wet the salt and then put in a tiny bit more since some will probably leak out while you're shaking it. Then I use my brushes to remove any remainder that I couldn't get with the salt. Then rinse well with hot water. They end up sparkling clean and look brand new! If I think I'm really going to have trouble with something or I've procrastinated cleaning and it's really bad, while it is soaking in alcohol in a baggie I'll run the baggie under hot water in the sink to gently heat up the alcohol a bit. It dissolves the gunk better. Then I'll let it sit for a few days and then repeat the hot water before I do the salt and brushes. Never had a piece that didn't get clean this way.

TLDR: Use a method of soaking in rubbing alcohol, salt and scrubbing brushes. Detailed instructions above.

I bought these awesome nylon brushes on Amazon that really save your pipe cleaners. They cut the gunk pretty quick too. The only issue are system pipes where you have to swab out the reservoir. Now that's a pain!

Okay, this might be controversial but it worked for me. I used denatured alcohol after catching flak on this sub for posting a dirty pipe. It works like a charm and I've tried everything. You will also need a set of nylon brushes and a 2'' tube brush. The 2" is hard to find so here's the link Also pick up a smaller set from amazon. Then soak the pieces in a plastic tub over night before scrubbing. Before use wash off the pieces with water to remove any leftover denatured alcohol. Iso, even 90% is not very strong. Only 100% denatured will really work. It's expensive but worth it. Also, if you use a funnel and some paper towels you can filter the da before it goes back in the tin.
