Well I feel that having your member wrapped up gives quite a bit more absorbency where you need it... Even if you fall out of the funnelish thing one of the videos shows there is still extra padding in the area. This also adds a ton of padding to the front of your diaper that feels amazing! I've only tried this with Abena abri-let maxi but the results are great!

One thing I've been doing lately is buying cheap booster pads online. They are like $0.16 each so I put a couple in my diapers. When you wet, both booster pads swell up along with the diaper. This makes for a super fun experience!
