Personally I'd go with the Acer due to the fact that the Asus has integrated graphics which I never like. The only problem with the Acer is that it's used, but the description says it comes with warranty. It's up to you bro, but those two companies are what I'd recommend. Read some reviews.

In my opinion I always loved the color of the Acer Aspire V5-52PG-X809, it's usually categorized as having a "pinkish tone", however I believe its more of a bronze tint with a spot of pink and mixed in with gold. It has a backlit keyboard, 15.6" display, and has great specs as well. Here's an in depth review on the model.

thanks, but if i spend like 30 bucks more, I can get a 1 TB hard drive and and i7 processor. Can you explain the difference between these v7's? Pretty much identical specs, but the prices are all over the place.
