OK, I am not going to tell you that you have acne, but since it appears to only be on your forehead, I may know a remedy.
If you have pimples in your hairline or forehead...... Shampoo with a product that doesn't have pimple causing ingredients. Here is one suggested from the article โ Acure Organics shampoo

You are cute. Your hairline may be a little bit back, but since you have a good head of hair, it hides it very well, so no need to be self conscious.
I don't think you should ever wear a hat. It looks unkempt and takes away from your cuteness. Plus it allows the forehead acne to show.
You have wonderful blue eyes. Don't hide them with glasses. Consider Lasik or contact lenses.
