The only probiotic that you can take that studies have shown to provide any benefit to the vagina is Lactobacillus crispatus. I have been taking these split in half twice a day for a like 3 months now and have seen awesome results!!

I see improvement in other areas as well, a bunch of my allergy responses are gone and my vestibulitis is way less!
