I'm a 5'10" woman, started 4/15/2019 at 370lbs, and am currently 311.3lbs. I can't help in your first couple questions, but my hair had been thinning for a few years prior to starting weight loss. I changed my shampoo and conditioner for a sulfate/paraben free shampoo and conditioner with biotin and collagen. I also began taking a daily multivitamin with iron and calcium, and a daily biotin supplement.

I haven't noticed a huge difference in hair thickness, but my hair definitely doesn't get as oily as fast as it used to when I was using Aussie.

Good luck to you! Keep up the incredible work. Just make sure you're not doing this thing too quickly.
