you stick directly on the window so no drilling. Also since they are directly on the window you really get the blackout effect if you do it right. And you can take em off whenever you want.

We just have these Amazon Basics ones. We have two but you may be able to get away with just one if there is only one window.

My wife is a teacher so she took the rest of this school year off and will head back in the fall, so we're very lucky that we can keep up with the routine.

We've successfully transitioned to a 3 nap routine and the afternoon nap is by far the hardest. Keeping the light to a minimum has helped. I just, recently, installed this film over the window in her nursery and have some thick curtains that go over it. We had been using two of these black out curtains prior but it was difficult opening and closing the sliding door/letting in sunlight when it wasn't nap time.

Wake times were super important for us... at 7 weeks the suggested time is around 45-60 min at a time and we also got this for our window to black out everything ...
