Look, man.. It is easy to spend someone else money (yours) and give you advices like "go buy R5 3600, X570 and RX 5700XT" or Intel or Nvidia :) I will advise you budget wise and realistically so you know what to expect.

If you plan to buy RX 580 (Imo best budget 1080p card you can buy and it will serve you good) I would go:

• Ryzen 5 1400 - It is $60 on Aliexpress - 4 core 8 thread CPU that will meet all your demands for mid range gaming - If you have more money to spend then go progressive: 1500-1500X-1600-1600x-2600-2600x-3600.
