This one's my fave! But be careful about sizing -- Anita's sizing is European, so you're out of their range if you're a UK G cup. But their sizes run a bit large in my experience, so it might work out for ya. Good luck!

I'm a 34F and I love the Anita bras. Kind of on the pricey side, but I have had 3 and they are the best support I've ever found, and have lasted months.
Give this bra a shot. I wear something like 34G and nothing moves for me. Also check out blogilates - her calenders are a mix of pilates, bodyweight workouts, stretching and high intensity cardio. It was/is really hard and I definitely saw results in strength. I also just started C25k but I wouldn't try to do both at the same time to start.
