Wireless bluetooth for sure! However, when working out and rucking, I use these:

I've gone through many bluetooth earbuds. I can't go full on earbud (no wires) because they tend to fall out of my ears. Secondly, i've tried "wired" bluetooth, and what's most annoying with those are that although you put the wire behind your neck, i've found the wire ends up not being even in terms of "tug/pull" and will cause an earbud to fall out of your ear while working out. Thirdly, the controls for wired bluetooth tend to just dangle, again causing an earbud to fall out.

Which leaves me to what i've linked. I prefer those because of the molded neck, which prevents too much movement, thus keeping the earbud in my ear. I love that the controls are on that neck brace, leaving the earbud wires to be evenly weighed accordingly.

Of course, in the end your mileage may vary and you have to do what works best for you. Just my opinion!
