I like my Annin flag. Made in USA and it’s all stitched which is what you want. Make sure you get nylon if you’re using it for residential purposes. Nylon looks a lot look more vibrant than polyester.
Don’t get cotton cause the colors will run. This is what I have.

Edit: you said local. Dixie flag has good stuff but their stuff is about as good as my Annin flag. They have really nice collegiate stuff too. I bought an A&M flag from them which is really nice. Get a flag pole off Amazon, they’re cheaper. Make sure you get a spinning flag pole.
