so looking at the rabbitears report that Upofadown pulled up for you which may or may not be great for your exact location the deal is you have some VHF stations that are showing yellow & red so they might be difficult to get even though they are pretty strong to your area

Jet.com has a sale on the clearstream 2v Max which can do some VHF stations over channel 7 mostly under the right conditions.. it comes with an outside mount and a table top base.. i have never seen them setup with the tabletop base but its really not that big of an antenna... the top bar is about 30 inches across to give you an idea...

it has a mildly attractive design so its not going to be obnoxious in your living room

so yeah as you know .. near a window to the southeast is your best bet for those hard to get stations but you do the best you can.. as high as you can get and you point it by looking through the holes 8 and using your phone's compass app so you are pointing that hole right at the tower

and if you get a lock on fox but it doesn't come in perfect then you can put an amp on the antenna

something like this might be good because it has adjustable gain /boost so you won't overload your strong signals

thats about the best i can suggest other than if you can get the antenna into the attic you will see a significant boost and even just jabbing a pencil or screwdriver through your ceiling drywall will let you get your coax cable through and you can caulk around it .. get a white cable if you have white walls and its not super bad looking but yeah a bit hackish heh. just jab the screwdriver through near the wall where the TV is not in the ceiling in the center of the room heh then run the cable
