so when trying to get a weak station

Outside, height, size of the antenna ... are normally the most important things after pointing it correctly

So you tried outside and maybe saw some improvement which is good

Your antenna is very reasonable for your apartment

Your direction sucks but you need to try to point to 70-80degrees if possible the best you can ... you can also tilt your antenna up to the sky slightly and that sometimes helps

Your highest power levels are between 50db and 60db your antenna gives you about another 8db .. so it might be possible to use a variable gain amplifier or a weaker amplifier to give you some boost without exceeding the normal 90db limit of most TVs.. which actually can be less on some tvs.. like 80db but you should still have a few db you can boost.

You also have to consider that although your signals on your reports are high.. your actual signals since you can't point directly and other factor.. your actual signal levels might be much lower so an amp could help a lot.

one factor in knowing would be .. if you have a signal level readout on your tv .. and lets say its 1 to 5 bars... if all of your other stations are 5 bars.. or if many are 4 to 5 bars.. well this station might just be one you can't get.. but if some of the ones that are strong are showing 2 bars 3 bars out of 5 then you got a real chance with an amp.

I have not used this one but it is relatively inexpensive and if it does not work it should be pretty easy to return https://www.amazon.com/ANTOP-Amplifier-OTA-Ready-Compatible-Antenna/dp/B07SHFX8XX/

The variable amplification may help for those 2 stations and then you might need to turn down the amp to see other stations... it is basically something that you need to try to see if it can work for you. it might or might not.

The better chance you will have is if your tv tuner can scan the channel but when you turn to it it is black screen.. that means you have a partial lock

also if you have a choppy signal this might help.

On the other hand if you turn it all the way up it might overpower your tv tuner and knock out all of your stations.. it won't hurt your tv you will just have to turn it down and maybe restart your tv...

its basically your last chance heh other than moving :o)

I wish you luck
