I did, I checked the price history on CamelCamelCamel and pretty much all of the items I looked at were at there lowest amazon price or close to it. Heres the BT speaker I was talking about
As you can see it's normal for it to be at $50 but then before they gave the 70% off for it to go on sale they jacked the price to $136 which is more than 2.5x what it has ever been priced.
This is nothing but misleading.
Dang. I tried this one, with a 2500mAh battery and the pi would actually start up but had trouble keeping the screen on.
You may be right. Looks like my local walmart may have some of those JBL speakers for $60 though!
And so there I was this morning, after hearing about this upon waking up, with my dual bluetooth waterproof speakers in the shower (they have a mode where they link up in stereo and each one plays either left or right channel, pretty cool) listening to Dreamland (Spotify link) and bouncing around like a soapy fool... Forgot how cool a lot of these tracks are, like Landscape (YT link)
Aomais Sport II or Aomais Sport II+. Both are under $40, have cases/slings available, and the speakers come in different colors. I have the Sport II and it is very good. It is loud, has good battery life, and has a lot of bass. Both have subwoofers in them however I hear the Sport II has better bass than the Sport II+, however, the Sport II+ has two small subwoofers while the Sport II has one very large one. I overall recommend the Sport II.
