KIDCADAVER'S SLOPPY JOE FAMILY RECIPE
(My grandmother made these for decades!)

• 1 pound ground chuck
  
  
• 1/2 c or more chopped green pepper
  
  
• 1 small onion, hopped
  
  
• 1-8ounce can tomato sauce
  
  
• 1/2 c catsup
  
  
• 1 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
  
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
  
• 1/8 tsp pepper
  
  
• 1 tbsp vinegar
  
  
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  
  
• 1 tsp dry mustard
  
  Brown beef, onion and green pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients and
  simmer covered 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Eat on a bun with cheese. Be happy. Very happy.
