I use it and helps a lot. It's safe for sensitive skin, but not meant for dry skin because the mask will dry on your face. If you have really sensitive skin, then this is not meant for those groups. Afterwards you will need to wash the mask off with warm water. Reduce pores, reduce scars, and put oily in check a bit. I used it once or twice a week.
