This book is pretty good. It doesn't cover every drug or all the effects, chemistry, pharmacology, etc. but is rather a compilation from tons of different books. There are a couple poems, there are some excerpts from Shulgin, there is a passage from Fear and Loathing, there is a lot of historical studies. It is the best drug related book I've come across.
