For a while I actually had bad airflow in my case, and it still ran most games at 120 FPS. Once I started playing APEX and MW more, I had some frame drops due to thermal throttling. I realized I had poor airflow in my case, and ended up fixing it.
Now it works like a charm. Love this setup.
Hey man, I'm pretty partial to Asus from my personal experience. I don't think you can go wrong with gigabyte but Asus has an amazing UI and has been rock solid for my 3 recent pc builds. I would recommend something like this if you plan to OC

However, any z390 will be pretty solid for you at this point, it just comes to BIOS UI and the more expensive ones will be more stable at higher OC'S. Shoot me a DM if you have more questions.

Thanks for this! With the Cryorig H7 or C7, is one better? They both are around the same price but look pretty different - is one not designed for my case?
The Asus ROG STRIX Z2370-E looks perfect. Amazon is selling a newer version of it here for like $60-70 more: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07HCPLQ2H/ref=crt_ewc_title_dp_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A19N3NI8X4F24J

Unfortunately the app I used to make this parts list does not support multi monitor, keyboard, or mouse.
Order 2 of the monitor.
