Well, I have good news and I have bad news...

The good news is that yes, you can get a battery pack for the Taranis that charges via USB.

The bad news is that you'd have to build it yourself. It's not terrifically hard to do, but it does involve some soldering. Basically, you'd buy 2 18650 batteries (I highly recommend Panasonic ones - the cheap ones are total crap). You'd then get a holder for the batteries, a 2S JST-XH cable to connect to the plug on the radio, a battery management board, and a USB connector. You'd then have to solder all of that together. You could also just get an external 18650 battery charger and skip a ton of soldering, but you would still need to attach the JST-XH connector to the battery holder. You can get a 18650 charger that charges over USB for not very much.

Otherwise, I would just get a normal LiPo battery for the QX7 like this: https://www.amazon.com/Gens-ace-3800mAh-Battery-JST-SYP/dp/B07L87FMX6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1549469143&sr=8-2&keywords=qx7++battery

You don't need a fancy LiPo charger (although you'll want one eventually if you get into larger quads). If you're just charging your transmitter battery, something like this will do:

That charger will take forever to charge a large pack like that, but you're not going to need to charge you battery more than once every few weeks with normal use.

Buy the time you get a good set of 2 18650 batteries and all the accessories, you're going to end up at about the same price as the LiPo option, not to mention the need to solder a bunch of stuff together if you go DIY.
