I have inverted nipples and used to feel extremely self conscious until my late 20s about them.

The thing with all of these products is that you have to wear them for extended periods of time every day to basically train your nipples. I have noticed a change in how easily mine come out after using these a few hrs a day compared to when i forget for a few weeks. Good luck and hope this helps!
