Take him to a Korean restaurant and ask for "pork belly" (Sam Gyup Sal) It is the Korean version of bacon and it is delicious. The "sam" means three layers of fat. If you can find a a place with "oh" that means 5 layers. It is delicious. I know it sounds weird but it tastes great and it is basically bacon. Bacon is Meat Candy too!
