Thanks so much! \^_^ This will really help a lot. I've had lightning cables in the past that just got wrecked because of… whatever reason they got wrecked. I don't even know why, but this definitely will help a lot! Thank you!

Do you think that I could use tape to do it instead? I'm rather scared of the springs, because they're kind of sharp.

I've also been looking at angled and braided cables. They look like they could potentially be worth it. What do you think?

Yea. The picture I linked is one I cropped two ends from two different cords. That adapter you linked being one of them.

I didn't want the extra material of having an adapter plus a cord. I was thinking of buying that adapter and the cord I cropped in the pic. Then trying to splice together the desired ends. But that USB to lightning cable is $25, a little too much to be making a frankenstein cable. I was hoping someone has come across what I'm looking for.
