Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts
It's hilarious. Seriously. If you have a goofy sense of humor and don't mind not taking this show seriously at all, it's freakin' funny. It's very quirky and all over the place. The characters are relatable and have some good backstories to them (Especially in season 2). The English dub is really good, too. FUNimation does an excellent job selecting the right actors with this one, in my opinion. I love the animation and art of it, too. Many different kinds thrown in there and used, mostly, for laughs. It's got a bit of everything in it: action, comedy, romance, fan service (for the lulz), everything.
It's honestly one of my favorite anime of all time. I'm mostly a shounen guy (DBZ, One Piece, Fairy Tail), but this one really gets to me. Truly an awesome show that I recommend to damn near anyone.
