Here's another idea to actually treat the problem. It worked wonders for me. You can get an idea how this works here: https://sidekicktool.com/ But it's a week for them to deliver. Search for Gua Sha on Amazon to get a similar tool delivered ASAP. You'll need a muscle balm to go with it. I bought this after the one from Sidekick ran out: https://www.amazon.com/Banyan-Botanicals-Muscle-Balm-Ashwagandha/dp/B073D9DDSB I use this every couple of days. Since you are just recovering do this daily and you'll notice a huge difference.
