For sublingual liquid B12, I'm taking this - is also the same brand I use for liquid vitamin D.
For the high DHA omega, I take Barleans fish oil - they make a liquid supplement that tastes like a creamsicle!
Choline is typically included in the B complex family and can be easily be found in a health food store or online; inositol is a bit more complicated but can typically be found combined with choline.
I noticed the most profound effect with the B12. When I'd be having a fit and took a xanax, a feeling of relief would wash over me and I'd usually exhale, like sinking into a comfy chair butttt I'd be high/intoxicated; I notice a similar relaxing "Ahhh" effect once the B12 kicks in, minus the negative intoxicating effects.
