My favorite bolt action pen is the tactile turn. The short version. It can accept the longer G2 inks and similar, you just have to cut them down to size. I think titanium or aluminum is a must - the copper and brass ones are quite heavy. For copper or brass, I like the tiscribe bolt. But, the tiscribe's clip sucks. It looks cool to make the clip the bolt, but in practice the retention is awful. The clip is more of a hook than a clip.
For a less expensive but still awesome pen, check out the Boker 50cal. My brother has been carrying his for 4 years and it still looks like new. I carried one for 2 years with the same result. It can only take parker style ink (or fisher space pen).

You can get some inexpensive ones on eBay if you're willing to wait on the shipping from China on most of them. I found this brass one for $12, this clipless stainless steel one for $15, and this American flag themed one for $22. There was a long list, I just put in "bolt pen" and did a search. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for, and some of the ones from China will not have a substantial feel in the hand and may have some rough edges in the finishing.
I found some better options on Amazon, including the Bastion. They make two versions, the full stainless steel and the stainless/carbon fiber, and they're both $25. I like the look of the full stainless better, but that bad boy is heavy, so I'd recommend the version with the carbon fiber - it's a little lighter. This one comes in three colors, black, gray, & rose gold, and is less than $14.
There are plenty of options out there, but, if you don't mind and/or want a heavy pen, the Bastion would be my suggestion. I got one of each on their Kickstarter, and you'll probably get the best fit & finish from that one.
