I know a few guys that use this knee brace. I have two of them and they work pretty well. I definitely have more confidence with them on and my knees dont get near the impact that they normally would. I'm not affiliated with this product in any way, just a mostly satisified customer.

I torn my meniscus 3-4 months ago. After consulting 2 different doctors, decided not to go for surgery. Anyway check this knee brace.

A little costly, but I am in the courts 2-3 times a week coz of the protection it gives.
Very comfy, didn't have to adjust it at all once I put it on. Not hot.
U do need to do a measurement to get the right size thou.
I recommended this to a few friends, we are loving it. :p
