That's a great suggestion though. I didn't realize you could get one for so cheap! Any idea how good these are at viewing aerial phenomena? Most IR footage of UFOs I've seen tend to be from several hundred/thousand dollar cameras...

One word; infraredcamera. That product page has a has an IR/no IR comparison shot of a city street so I think there's a good chance of finally getting some other kind footage than lights in the night sky.
