I own both have used both for quite a bit of time.

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask: I think the packaging is cute! I love how it comes with a little spatula to scoop out product and apply it. The consistency is kinda thin and glides on the lips smoothly. Not particularly sticky, moreso slippery if that makes any sense. By the time I wake up in the morning, I feel a majority of it has sunken into my lips. I wipe off whatever residue there is (which isn't much), sometimes I don't since it feels the same as freshly applied lip balm. My lips usually look amazing with using this overnight.
Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask: I got their holiday gift set because I wanted to try out their lip care products. I love the tin these came in, and the size makes it great for travel! The product itself came in a generous travel size, and I still have a lot left. What I love about this is the tube packaging. I have long nails, so I have a preference for tubes over jars. It smells delicious! The consistency is slightly thick and it is borderline sticky for me. When I wake up, I can still feel quite a bit on my lips and have to wipe it off. I think it is decent.

Overall, I prefer the Laneige one because I feel it really makes a significant difference over the Bite one. My lips look noticeably more plumper and softer, IMO. Bonus is that it's cheaper!
