I use the Black and Decker All-Temp D6000; while it is super heavy and I wouldn't recommend it if you have shoulder or back problems, the fact that it is so heavy means that the iron does 90% of the work of getting the seams to lie flat and stay that way. I also like to first press the seams semi-open on the back (enough so that when I flip it over they'll stay open without too much difficulty), then flip it and press again from the front.
