(Haven't ordered any of these myself, but you get the idea. It wouldn't be particularly hard for a team concerned about camouflage to make their robot hard to photograph for later analysis of particulars.)

I don’t think anything can fix that... might be best to buy a sheet of matte black vinyl wrap (the kind used by people on their car exterior) trim it to the same size as the damaged panel.
